Cue Check Home Claims Solution for Regis Mutual

Client Business Issue

To support Regis Mutual Claims Management Department in processing claims they needed a solution to submit household claims data to the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE) Register to check the information provided and prevent fraudulent claims.  CUE Check provides access to the Motor, Home and Personal Injury databases, and DVLA Keeper records.

Client Value Received

For Regis Mutual IDS developed a web solution which identifies and extracts the relevant information from household claims on their existing architecture and systems and submits them to the Experian CUE Home claims database.  The Insurance Data CUE Solution has been built with data quality and data validation features and gives Regis transparency and auditability on each transmission and ensures quick and accurate processing.
